Newly published glossary of anti-corruption terms

We're pleased to publish a glossary of anti-corruption terms, prepared for UKACC by the University of Sussex's Centre for the Study of Corruption (CSC).

The Glossary features a selection of entries from the Dictionary of Corruption (Agenda Publishing, 2024), a 350-entry reference work on corruption-related concepts. The complete Dictionary will be freely available via Open Access later in 2026.

The CSC, a UKACC member based at the University of Sussex, is the UK's largest academic centre for corruption research, combining rigorous scholarship with practical anti-corruption experience.

This Glossary is intended as an accessible entry point for anyone, from journalists, policymakers, campaigners or the simply curious, looking to understand the language of corruption and integrity.
